Our Staff

Felicia has been in the funeral service industry since 2009. She holds a BA in Communications and an AA in Mortuary Science. In her spare time, she enjoys fashion designing, comedy shows, and trains as a national female figure competitor.

Elizabeth has been with the company since 2004 and truly enjoys helping families in their time of need.

Bertha has been with the company since 2004.

Jose is a Pre Planning Specialist and has been with the company since 2007.

Danielle has been with the company for two years. Danielle has her B.A. Degree, Screenwriting – Minor, African American Studies, and Business Administration.

Ed has been with the company for about four and a half years.

Nick has been with the company since 2007 and truly enjoys helping families in their time of need.

Jimmy is a Pre Planning Specialist and has been with the company since 2007.

Glory has been with the company since 2004. During her spare time she enjoys spending time with her three children

Nydia is a Licensed Funeral Director and a Licensed Cosmetologist. She attended Cypress College and received an A.S. in Mortuary Science. She has been assisting families since 2011.

David has been with the company for about three and a half years.

Jenée began her career in the funeral industry in 2002, with seven of those years spent at All Souls Mortuary in Long Beach. She's now the manager at Holy Cross Mortuary. She is a licensed Funeral Director as well as a Notary Public. Aside from her duties as a manager and funeral director, she remains the back-up to a few departments throughout the mortuary. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and life-long friends.

Jacob joined the Holy Cross team in August 2012. He also currently works for LAUSD in special education and has done so for over a decade. In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing baseball, listening to country music and spending time with his family.

Magda is a Pre Planning Specialist and has been with the company since 2010. She achieved Certified Service Professional status in her first year.

Marina is a Pre Planning Specialist and has been with the company since 2012.

Ernest starting with the company as a Pre Planning Specialist in 2004. He achieved Certified Service Professional status in 2006. He entered into Management in 2008. He enjoys being a facilitator for his counselors and providing customer service.

Rodrigo has been serving families since 2010 for their advance planning need. He excels in professionalism and customer service. In his free time, Rodrigo enjoys painting and drawing.

Ramon has been with the company for nine years.

Rocio has been with the company since 2004. Rocio has her Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences-Bachelor of Arts in Child Development, Minor is Sociology, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree.

Beatriz is a Pre Planning Specialist and has been in the Customer Service industry since 1997. In 1998, she started in the Funeral and Family Service Industry which has been a very rewarding experience. She is a Certified Service Professional.

Lorena is a Pre Planning Specialist and has been with the company since 2007.

Jacqueline began her career in the Death Care Industry in 2004. As a result of her experience in the business she has founded a non-profit organization for kids called Express Yourself. When she is not working or running the workshops for Express Yourself she is volunteering her time as a Leadership Coach in transformational training. Jacqueline is honored and grateful for the work she does.
